The black hooked truffle (Tuber Uncinatum Chatin) presents itself with a pleasant and very intense aroma and taste, the pulp has a tasty flavor reminiscent of that of hazelnuts. The picking of the black hooked truffle usually takes place from late September to late February.
Product life: 1 to 2 weeks, kept into a refrigerator at 37.5 F (3 C), wrapped in paper towel.
Do not clean the truffle until you are ready to use it.
To clean it, gently remove any dirt that remains with a soft brush.
